Refund Policy

At Waffleduck, we take pride in baking cookies that are fresh, delicious, and made with love. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to making things right if your experience doesn’t meet expectations.

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

  • Your order arrived damaged or spoiled
  • You received the wrong item(s)
  • Your package was never delivered (based on tracking information)
  • You contacted us within 3 days of receiving your order

Proof Required: Please send a photo of the item(s) and your order number to mail.waffleduck@gmail.com

We do not offer exchanges at this time, but we’ll happily provide a refund or replacement if your issue qualifies under our refund policy.

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be returned to your original method of payment.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Orders not picked up (for local pickups)
